Our coaching is a subtle interaction that develops capacity and capability to allow you to reach your full potential. We use questions to unlock your potential, through a strong belief that you are infinitely more capable than you believe and express in your working life. You get the greatest benefit from coaching when you have a serious commitment to your personal growth and are keen to develop through questions and challenge. Our coaching works with constructed stories, we support people and teams to unlock these stories, acknowledge and understand beliefs and assumptions which might be holding them back.

Typical Coaching Contract

Our 1:1 and team coaching is a subtle interaction that develops capacity and capability to allow you to reach your full potential. We use questioning to unlock your potential, through a strong belief that you are infinitely more capable than expressed in your working life. You get the greatest benefit from coaching when you have a serious commitment to your personal growth and are keen to develop through questioning and challenging your thinking. Our coaching develops people and teams, who are able to respond well to complexity and change, show professional agility and lead with courage and vision.

A typical programme comprise of the following:

INITIAL MEETING – free of charge – this session is to establish rapport, chemistry and contracting.

SUBSEQUENT MEETINGS - 9 hours over 6 meetings every 4-6 weeks.

ONGOING SUPPORT – We provide ongoing support via email and telephone – this allows you to ask questions as they arise and share any supporting information to allow us to research our outcomes.

EXIT MEETING - The exit meeting follows the same routine as previous sessions however, time is also given to summarising growth and provide tools to support you to sustain your development over time.
